No. You can purchase one independent of Polar delivery services.

Our delivery service is free, in exchange we ask for a minimum order amount. You can set the schedule to meet your usage needs.

Currently, we only offer aluminum cans for our STILL SPRING WATER or SELTZER items.

Yes. Customers can pause a subscription via the account portal. Simply login and set the dates.

General Policies:

Polar Beverages prides itself on exceptional customer care and professional service.  Our goal is to make your water delivery service a seamless experience.

Inclement Weather:
Polar Beverages will work to reschedule missed deliveries as soon as possible.

Schedule Changes or Cancellation:
Polar Beverages must receive notice 24hrs notice for canclled deliveries by phone or via the Customer Account portal on this website.

Returns & Refunds: Any return of a product or products purchased through the GetPolarDelivery.com must be arranged with Customer Care within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase delivery.    The original purchaser must contact Customer Care in order to receive return instructions and credit.  The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and all returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.  Once the product is received, the purchase cost, minus the restocking fee, will be credited within 10 business days to the credit card used for the original transaction. 

Warranty Claims on Dispensers:
Returns Policy does not apply to Warranty Claims.  Please consult your product’s user manual for Warranty information.  Polar Beverages reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
